Smyth in the Iron Horse Hotel is hosting the first of a series of chef and brewery collaboration dinners on Monday, April 13. Beer Co.-Lab features a multicourse dinner and beer pairings prepared by Justin Carlisle of Ardent, Joe Muench of Story Hill BKC, Justin Aprahamian of Sanford, and Bradford Shovlin of Smyth.
Monday's dinner includes five courses of fluke, rabbit, salmon, beef and dessert, with pairings by Like Minds Brewing and Central Waters Brewing. Tickets are $95 and include a cocktail reception at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
Reservations are required and can be made by calling Smyth at 414-831-4615. Future dinners will be held at Story Hill BKC in June, Ardent in August, and Sanford in October.
