Doing a littlee research, Lone Star is on a bunch of menus.
Still, my guess is that it's an "anything but" kind of thing. Like wearing a Modest Mouse t-shirt. What do hipsters wear now that they've gone mainstream? Anything else.
Hipsters besides me, of course. I don't wear shirts at all anymore.

Sorry.... as much as I think Texas should be a penal colony, they have at least a small bit of taste in their beer. Pabst is good for keeping rabbits and small vermin from nibbling on your garden plants.
